Bottles, Weddings and Heads, Oh My!!!

Hope everyone is enjoying their beginning to Summer 2015, I know we are! We have had a lot of exciting weddings and events recently and wanted to share them with you. First off, Penn Color had us take more photos of their products. Bryan and Ashlee had fun working with the different types of bottles and all the colors.

Congratulations Rachel and Colin! We all had a blast photographing their wedding in Northern Liberties. While the girls were all getting ready at Loews Hotel, the guys were having some fun snuggling up in the pull down bed, while drinking some champagne. I must say from the beginning to the end Rachel, Colin, and the bridal party had us laughing the entire time. Thank you for letting us be part of this memorable day! – Ashlee

As you can tell both Aaron and I had a great time during the reception at the Cescaphe Ballroom. The bridesmaids were having a blast and wanted to get photos with us. I was a little nervous handing off my camera to them, but it was well worth it to capture the moment! -Ashlee

Every year Red Cross honors heroic individuals for their services. Aaron Mitchell Photography is very privileged to have met the heroes that are being honored this year. The father and son duo are volunteers at a local fire house. One day, while driving, they saw someone collapse on the sidewalk. They rushed to him and began administering first aid. They saved his life! The other two gentleman we had the privilege of meeting run an annual blood drive and donate the blood for those in need. Thank you very much Red Cross for letting us be a part of this special event. – Ashlee

Congratulations Ashley and Michael!  It was truly a pleasure working with both Michael and Ashley. She was one of the loveliest brides I’ve had the honor of photographing. She isn’t lovely just because she is so pretty, she is just an adorable person and a pleasure to be around. This photograph truly captures her loving personality and relationship with her mom.

Ashley wanted to have some fun handcuffing Michael and putting him in a cop car to ride to the reception at the Belle Voir Manor.

Michael came over to me during the reception and told me he had a favor to ask. He wanted to get a picture with one of his closest girl friends. They have a tradition that every time they are at a party or wedding together they make sure to get a “prom picture” together. Of course I said yes! – Ashlee

Towards the end of the wedding Bryan and Aaron had to have some fun with the lucky couple and pose for a picture with the Santa hats on! It’s never a dull moment with these two, always a blast to work with them! – Ashlee

Happy Summer Everyone! Hope you enjoyed the blog! We have a lot more to share with you so keep an eye out.
